My passion for whole healing of body/mind/spirit has been with me for decades, through my inner connection and outer esoteric learnings to understand and feel what life is about.  I ultimately realized that we are all capable to facilitate our own wholeness and at times with the help of other healers. My natural inclination to learn the healing arts for myself included essential oil therapy, color frequency, meditation but most profoundly leaning into my own intuition. I was deeply affected after my first shamanic healing and gained insight that we are truly made of a light body.  I continued then to add to my toolbox, Eden Energy Medicine techniques that expanded my knowledge of the meridian system as well as utilizing chakra healing methods. I am excited to be able to offer sessions with tuning forks, because the body speaks to us and tuning forks are a way to understand its language.  I discovered early on in my training that sound is a healer and contributes to amazing transformation.
